I enjoy the process of understanding consumer motivations and behavior, and figuring out how to communicate an effective message that elicits the response businesses are seeking.

I know that running a small/medium sized business is tough and requires constant attention to detail. But bringing fresh eyes, and an expert view can help business owners uncover new perspectives and ideas about their business. I really enjoy this process in particular applying those findings to transforming the customer experience in your part of the market.

I particularly love the challenge of tackling complex and/or ambiguous problems and searching for the underlying order to create a more simplified business model. A good strategy plays to the strengths of the business and understands the core value that the business offers to its customers.
